What this site is

The Fertility Index collects prices and service information that US fertility clinics publish on their own websites. Every number links to its source and shows the day we checked it. Prices, services, and laws change - always verify with the clinic before you decide anything.

What this site is not

Nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice. We don't recommend specific clinics or treatments. Success rates come from public SART reports; they describe populations, not your personal odds. Your doctor is the right source for medical questions.

Mistakes and corrections

If a price or detail is wrong - or you're a clinic and want your listing corrected or removed - email hello@thefertilityindex.com. We fix or remove confirmed errors within 7 days.

What you send us

If you send feedback through the site, it's your opinion, not ours. We may use it to improve the site, and we may remove it at our discretion. Please don't send anything private, medical, or about someone else.

The legal part, kept short

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, The Fertility Index and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content - including decisions made based on prices or success rates shown here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled individually - you and we each give up the right to participate in a class action, to the extent the law allows that waiver. If any part of these terms doesn't hold up, the rest still applies.
