The Fertility Index tracks every IVF clinic in the United States and shows which ones publish their prices. Most don't. We think patients deserve to know the price of treatment before they walk in the door.

The numbers, as of October 2026

• 553 IVF clinics tracked across 49 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. Wyoming has no IVF clinic.
• 181 clinics (32.7%) publish an IVF cycle price. The other two-thirds publish nothing, and we say that plainly on their pages.
• Published cycle prices run from $3,995 to $30,780 for what clinics describe as a comparable single cycle.
• Every clinic was re-checked in October 2026: website live, still operating, current name after mergers and rebrandings, and price still on the page we cite.
• Every price links to the clinic's own page where we found it, so anyone can check our work.

Where the data comes from

Clinic identities and success-rate data come from the CDC's National ART Surveillance System and SART. Prices come only from each clinic's own published pages and rate sheets, never from estimates or third-party guesses. Where a clinic publishes no price, we show nothing rather than invent a number.
